2016--The Year of the Wind

On November 13 and 14, 2015, Chuck Pierce and Dutch Sheets were at a “Jubilee Conference” in Duluth, Minnesota, where some prophecy was spoken. The name of the city (Duluth) is another form of the fourth letter of the Hebrew alphabet (Dalet), which means an OPEN DOOR, or a GATE. From Chuck Pierce….
“I say to you I have brought you to Duluth because I am giving you an authority in this city to stop the move of the blowing of the witchcraft that has blown across this state. I say beginning this weekend I am capturing the structure of witchcraft that has operated though My people and stopped My movement, and I say because you have gathered, witchcraft will no longer rule in this state.
“I say to you the witching winds of the past now will not have the authority to control the movement of My people. And I say to you the treasures that have fallen and been hidden over the last 40 years, I say to you tonight, I start causing those treasures and those resources that have been held up to rise up; and I say out of Minnesota there will come effecting change that will affect the resource of this entire nation.
“I say to you, this is the beginning of My glory coming in and beginning to be the band around the waist of this state. I say the belt of truthnow that has longed to rise up and be seen in Minnesota will now rise up and be seen. I say the pulpits of this state will begin to come alive in a new way. The Word of God will come alive and be spoken in a new way. And I say to you the gatherings and the sound of the waters and the wind that have been held up and stopped in past seasons will now begin to come forth, surround this state, and this state that is filled with lakes will flood My glory down across this nation, saith the Lord.
“I say to you: Get ready, for I will deliver you in a new way, and your sons and your daughters will begin to prophesy. This is the beginning, here in Duluth, of breaking open the gate that will cause a movement that floods through a state and then floods down into a nation. I repeat. No longer will the witchcraft that has held captive this state be able to capture this people any longer.
“I say to Duluth, Get ready, for your gate will be opened and a highway will come through that gate that restores the covenant power that has been rejected. And I say to you: Make way, for My people will be coming from the North through your gate and will find their way throughout this nation and back to My land. I say to you this night:Minnesota has now shifted under My rule.”
COMMENT: In praying about this, the Father confirmed this word to me, so I expect to see major changes come in 2016. This word was spoken at the start of the first 76-day cleansing cycle, which began with the Paris attacks November 13. The final day of this cleansing cycle is January 27, 2016, which is the major watch date at the end of this prophetic cleansing period.
As a teacher, I am encouraged by the prophecy that “the belt of truth” is about to “rise up and be seen in Minnesota” and that “the Word of God will come alive and be spoken in a new way.” Here in Minneapolis, we live at “the waist of this state,” and so perhaps we will be able to get front-row seats as the truth is spoken (and heard) in a new way to the church.
After this, Dutch Sheets also prophesied….
“That which has been decreed tonight by leaders has been received by heaven, and so we say, ‘Come forth through the gate into that new place of apostolic wisdom and prophetic revelation, Minnesota.’
“Ecclesia, come to the fullness of fivefold expression, come to the fullness of fivefold government, come to the fullness, because even as you have come into that expression, you have not yet come to fullness. So come forth now in fullness. You are free now to come into the next level of your maturity. You are free now to become the wineskin that He has been preparing you to be. You are free to step into the season of full government…
“And so we say the four winds of heaven that we heard about are blowing, forming a vortex of tornadic activity of the four winds of heaven. For the four winds of Ezekiel will blow upon the dry winds… They will now cause these bones not just to live but to begin to become the army that has never yet been seen in this region. The army that is now coming forth will be the Four Wind Army. And I do not ever know what that means, but the Four Wind Army, sealed with the fullness of the breath of heaven.”
COMMENT: This past year has seen the beginning of Divine Government being raised up in the earth. Up until now, the spirit of witchcraft has had spiritual authority over the earthly governments of Minnesota and of the nation. But that time has now ended, and a new government is arising. In my view, the beast nations lost their divine mandate in the latter part of 2014, and it has taken a full year for God’s government to take possession of the “city.” Babylon is pictured as a city, and so the law in Leviticus 25:29, 30 applies:
29 Likewise, if a man sells a dwelling house in a walled city, then his redemption right remains valid until a full year from its sale; his right of redemption lasts a full year. 30 But if it is not bought back for him within the space of a full year, then the house that is in the walled city passes permanently to its purchaser throughout his generations; it does not revert in the Jubilee.
What is true for a house within a walled city is also true if someone buys the whole city. By intercession, we have purchased the walled city of Babylon. The time of that “sale” was October 16, 2014, as I explained at the time. About six months ago it occurred to me that we would have to wait a full year from that sale in order to take full possession of the city. As long as the Babylonians still had the lawful right to redeem their property, there was not much we could do about the city other than make preparations.
Chuck Pierce has now identified the specific moment of time that “witchcraft will no longer rule in this state.” Dutch Sheets has added that we are now “free to step into the season of full government.” This should make 2016 a very important year.
At the beginning of this time (as with every year), God has established a time of cleansing that is represented by two cycles of 76 days. The number 76 is the biblical number of cleansing. These prophecies thus inaugurated the first cycle of cleansing on November 13, which also coincided with the Paris attacks.
Chuck Pierce prophesied again at the Duluth meeting….
“The Lord said this would be the beginning of opening this gate, and you will have charge of the winds that blow across this land…. The Lord said you have authority within your bones to prophesy…. And I say from this gate the army begins to move, and from this gate a wind begins to blow that changes the course of the entire nation. I say from this port city there is now an unlocking that has never been unlocked in this nation, and you will see great change as the army across this land receives the wind that you sent forth from this city.”
Dutch Sheets added to this, saying,
“…The wind of heaven and the fire of God and the work of God is now dealing with chaff and is now going to thresh witchcraft out of the state of Minnesota, and it will even become a place from which intercession will be released for the nation to bring witchcraft even out of Washington D.C…. You will see witchcraft dismantled in this region, and the religious spirit married to the witchcraft will be broken, for the two-fold alliance of witchcraft and religion has caused this stronghold to be there. But I say to you, it is being dismantled from this day forth.”
COMMENT: This is a prophetic reference to the unholy alliance that was made at the Congress of Vienna in 1814-1815, when the Roman Catholic church made an alliance with the Rothschild banking family, which is a witchcraft family having its own coven, the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn. After 200 years, the authority of this unholy alliance has now come to an end by the decrees of heaven. A new alliance is being established, this time between heaven and earth, as Dutch Sheets also said….
“…The time of heaven and time on earth are now being married into an alignment and realignment, reconnected, and so heaven (can) impact earth, and earth can receive heaven and the two can march together in the timing of the Lord. So Minnesota comes into its appointed time… And you can move forward, knowing that you do not have to panic, and you don’t have to be in a hurry. You are now in time. You are now aligned with His time, so you can ‘rise and shine for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord has risen upon you’ … until the rising of the glory will be so bright in this state that you will be known as the Glory State.”
Chuck Pierce added to this, saying…
“This stake is to be pushed at the gate of this particular city, and decree that it is opened up for the Glory to come… and every iniquity up North and down South—once this is staked into Duluth—will start shaking in this state. Father, we loose it now, and we say, ‘Let the shaking begin, and let the glory begin to come down’.”
COMMENT: My friend, Phil, attended this conference and was able to provide me with a transcript of these prophecies. In praying about these later, the Father said, “This is the Year of the Wind.” As I pondered and prayed further to know the meaning of this, I was led first to Ezekiel 37:1-14. It is the prophet’s vision of the valley of dry bones. He was told to prophesy over those dry bones, speaking life back into them. He then saw the bones come together, then flesh upon the bones, and then the breath (or wind) of God gave them life. They then became a great army. This is what Dutch Sheets prophesied as the Four Wind Army.
God has been raising up this army for a long time. To raise up such an army, it requires a lot of time preparing the hearts of the people, teaching them faith and obedience, and then giving them the experience and testing that is necessary to build endurance (James 1:3, 4; 5:11). This has been one of the primary goals of our ministry since its beginning.
All of this preparation took place prior to the time when the time arrived for the transfer of authority to occur on a historic level (October-December 2014). Then, in accordance with the law, we waited another year, so that the Babylonians cannot claim that they were cheated in any way. Babylon is bankrupt and cannot redeem its urban property.
Chuck Pierce also prophesied that the “shaking” is about to begin. This is a reference to Haggai 2:6-8,
6 “For thus says the Lord of hosts, ‘Once more in a little while, I am going to shake the heavens and the earth, the sea also and the dry land. 7 And I will shake all the nations; and they will come with the wealth of all nations; and I will fill this house with glory,’ says the Lord of hosts. 8 ‘The silver is Mine, and the gold is Mine,’ declares the Lord of hosts.”
This prophecy is also referenced in Hebrews 12:26, 27, telling us that God’s purpose in shaking the heavens and the earth is to shake all things so that only the things pertaining to the Kingdom of God will remain standing. In other words, do not be afraid of the shaking, because God has strengthened you to withstand it.
The wind has a dual purpose. It is used to blow away the chaff when grain is winnowed (Isaiah 41:2); and it is the breath of life that gives life to creation (Genesis 7:15). Both wind and breath come from the same Hebrew word, ruach. Hence, the same wind that destroys the carnal works and practices of men is also that which brings life to all who stand for Christ’s Kingdom.
I expect to see this wind begin to blow in 2016 and continue indefinitely until all the chaff is gone and all that remains is Christ’s Kingdom.
