I wrote this song one day, when feeling down about a situation in my life and a combination of allot of things that have happened in my life that were not so great,  and put pen to paper and this is what i came up with... my own little song that actually helped lift me up and inspire me and help me get thru things.    I have also had others compliment me on my song,  some even saying that they were in a really bad place emotionally even feeling like end of there rope, and that my song inspired them to hang in there and pray thru whatever was getting them down!  WOW how awesome is that?!!    that my little ol' song that i came up with actually helped someone feel better! WOW!

  I hope that whoever reads/sings this ...that it will also help lift your spirits as well as it has me, and others!   ( btw,  i am no professional singer or song writer by NO MEANS! lol  but i really like this one & already got it copyrighted,  and i felt driven to write this, and actually in the process of completing it, as it still is not completed yet,  I still need to add music/sound to it,  I sing ok, but not as good as others, so probably get someone else to sing it professionally  maybe?  idk yet?  and working on getting it published once i get it completed!  so i am VERY EXCITED ABOUT THIS!)

 

Pray thru this Pain ~

sometimes this  life gets me down,  
so much sadness, so many tears,
so much heartaache,
but thru it all... ,    
i just smile & pray thru this painnn,

I went thru depression. 20 years ago....
I found out by self help books, I was not doing the things that made me happy,
I was dwelling on the crap that made me sad.

I got back busy doing what made me happy!

You figured it out too. Congrats

You started following your heart and what brought you joy

I too have been plagued by depression at times. Sometimes so deep I feel I will never get out. Thankfully I have been able to get out of my funk and into my car. Thanks for the share Walter.
