It was the summer of 2007. My family and I took a trip to Disneyworld. We went to every single park and took in every single attraction. My kids insisted on its. And me .....I ate everything in sight. I insisted on it. It was a magical experience for the whole family. By the way, this was made possible by by the make a Wish foundatuon. Good people. What I found utterly amazing is even though we stood in lines that seemed like days and days on end to get through, we were happy. After all we were at the happiest place on Earth and just the experience of being there was magical. We were just enjoying the experience of it all. Enjoying the EXPERIENCE of it all. We are all here as spirits enjoying a temporary human experience and this experience encompasses the full spectrum from bad to good and in the end it completes us. What we should be feeling in this RV process, and what we will undoubtedly realize in retrospect is that the waiting, the struggle...the learning patience was also to be enjoyed. Yet some of us have so much emotional attachment to the end result that we've lost sight of the fact that we are living in the most magical time to be alive in history! It's ok to learn retrospectively but it's absolutely beautiful to enjoy the now. This now never returns to be relived. Life is filled with peaks and valleys and when you've learned to enjoy the richness the valley offers (and the valley offers MANY), you have found the keys to the kingdom. We are being given the most incredible gift from God and too many are nagging God for the date and rate of his gift. Here's the kicker. The gift isnt even the money. Ponder that. -Bewdah

Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful story with all its wisdom.

Such a simple way to look at this process we're in. The moment of now is truly the only point in time in which we have any power to influence the impact of events in our lives. We can ponder and fret over both the future and the past, but neither actually exists. They are imaginary.

Our imagination is a prelude to the future, as Einstein once so eloquently said. So our current thoughts can set the stage for future events. But that also takes us from the moment where our true power lies.

We are blessed right here, right now.

SO well said both of you. There is a book called the Precious Present. It is about someone searching for happiness and they searched high and low and could not find it. They traveled extensively and still no luck. An old wise man said the way to true happiness is to live in the PRESENT Moment, that is the PRECIOUS PRESENT. Each new day is a gift, a present given to you each and every day by our creator. If you live in the past you live with regret, if you live in the future then nothing will satisfy you, when you live in the present moment you are truly happy right here, right now. This journey is not about the money, it is about the growth and change we were all part of to change our world. It takes a lot of pressure on a piece of coal to make a diamond. We all have become diamonds and we are ready to shine our light and be the change we were waiting for. God had intervened to make this happen. Let us go out and do our part and change the world we live in one person at a time.
