In life there are people who you gel with and some that really p!%% you off and try to hurt you. I'm sure everyone can relate.

The first people I will bless are the ones who did me wrong. Why, Bewdah?  Why would you do such a thing? 

1. Realize that the experiences in this realm was pre-negotiated and pre-designed BY YOU based on the lessons and experiences you desired. Everyone in your life have traveled here from the same soul group. Behind the veil of 3d, we all love each other and there is nothing but the spirit or unity. We agreed to come in and have disputes knowing that there will be some negative feelings but knew that these feelings would lead to growth and learning and the learning made you better (once learned). That person essentially helped you to complete the lesson. They should be thanked and vice versa.

2. When you drop blessings upon them after they have done you wrong, they will at first be confused. The person they tried so hard to hurt, returned fire with pure love and compassion. For a second they look into the eyes of God and felt his love. When they feel loved, they begin to realize that they are worthy of love and begin loving themselves. Visualize this extrapolating exponentially.

3. Fear is the base emotion that is causing their behavior and we need to realize that all negative emotions, be it hate, jealousy, sadness, etc are all rooted in the same emotion - fear. The only emotion that displaces fear is love. Combine love with abundance and they have a real shot at leaving their fear based scarcity paradigms behind. 

Your light lights lights that lights lights and become an endless quantum ripple that will wash the globe with love. 

But it all starts with you.
