HOW TO SHIFT YOUR VIBRATIONAL ENERGY SIGNATURE 

Before anything ~~~

1. Get up from your chair and jump, stretch, move, do lunges, turn on some dance music and move your body. Begin creating a rhythm in motion to the Energy Signature you're wanting to create.

2. BREATHE deeply in through your nose, hold 3 - 2 - 1 ~~ then release through your mouth in a rushing sound. Do this 6 times, quickly. For me, I always continue breathing through my 'thinking process' but do what feels good for you. You're going to feel the rush to your brain .. you are oxgenating your entire cellular structures and it's going to feel warm, or even hot. You may get a bit light-headed, so be seated. This is the beginning of shifting your Energy Signatures. If you haven't done this, it's a unique sensation so don't be timid about it, and certainly don't be afraid. You're opening yourself up to Acceptance and Receivorship.

~~~ In doing your breathing ~~when you are breathing IN think: I Receive! When you breathe out, think: I accept! Take a quiet moment to sense some of the signals that you are emanating. You can sense what you're sending out by the signals of your words, feelings. Are you thinking/feeling and radiating acceptance, joy, thoughtfullness, support, comfort .. financial abundance and increase? Are you praising yourself and others, or disowning, engaging disbelief? You can feel your ENERGY SIGNATURE even by what you write here in this chat room.

Remember, these are all 'thoughts.' The true Energy Signature I’m emitting isn’t just a thought. It’s a frequency based on the words I'm choosing,

When you are sitting in this chat room and giving the Intel Providers your own brand of 'what-for' ... you are in effect, lowering your Energy Signatures, and denouncing your quest for this wealth, and in doing so you obliterate every trace of quality Energy Signature you set up while you were 'high on the hopes of it happening.' This is what and why it's so difficult to maintain an even keel ~~ allowing ourselves to get on someone else's train. Don't jump your own tracks of inner knowing, accepting and receiving. Allowing this simply the direct absence of doubt.

I can try to describe this frequency in words, but I can't get the words quite right because 'words' are inadequate to the this task. This is a Spiritual infusion of Light and the quickening of your own knowingness.

But, as an example, if I try to describe what my Signature is now, I'd use adjectives like: quiet, warm , flowing, content, happy, peaceful, soaring, uplifting, white, soft, strong, expanding, mindful, and energized. If I want to disrupt this Energy Signature, I could buy into the disparaging "words" of another and completely get myself thrown off track.

I can also tune into my Energy Signature in my environment: birds chirping, coffee perking, warm sun rising, furnace going, soft music in the background. Overall, I can sense that the signature signals I’m giving out and the signals coming back, are in sync. I feel quietly abundant, peacefully accepting, inwardly happy, and my environment reflects that. This is a stable state, one I accept and experience often.

Our Energy Signatures will be the sum total of every signal we send out. Just remember that our FEELINGS /THOUGHTS are not the base cause of these Signature Signals. THE WORDS are the actionators, so in quite simple terms: find the adjectives you most want to live with and then engage them into your living moment. In turn, those 'adjectives' will become a living art crafted by your words.

Adjectives ~~ "words" are the actual EFFECTS OF THESE SIGNALS. If I work to change the Signature Signal I'm emitting, my thoughts and feelings are going to shift in whatever direction I dictate. The water flows where I direct it to flow, I just have to make sure my channels are wide open to what I actually want. If you find yourself easily swayed by what others say or do, your work is cut out right there in front of you: you're flowing along someone else's channel, and not your own. This is where your first shift needs to occur, the rest is easy-peasy.

Our Vibrational Signatures are like water...they seek their own levels. Here's an example of a Signature Signal and how I'd detail the vibration: being broke ~~ which many are~~is a vibrational signal of chaos, red, panic, pressed, tightened, debt, knotted up inside; dispair, anxiety, antsy, being sarcastic and snarky, biting at others with intention to harm; can't hardly focus, wanting to take the position of fight or flight. Fight it out, or run away ~~ hide under the covers. These vibrations lead to oppression, suppression, repression and ultimately: depression. These are the Signatures we want to REPLACE.

Here’s how I’d shift this Energy Signal vibration to one of accepting financial abundance:

1. Identify the elements that fit your 'wealth words' which are going to create your 'wealth thoughts' which are going to create your 'wealth actions' and which ultimately create your 'wealth results.' This, then is our living, breathing life picture.

2. Do the Breathing mentioned earlier, then I'd think thoughts of lighter colors, like White, Opal, bluish-whites; open fields of green grass, free-flowing like a willow gently in the wind, smooth surfaces like silk, brushed cotton, soft petals of flowers; brushed copper, brilliant platinum, crystal clear glass reflecting prisims, glistening and calm waters ~~ with a bright, focused and intense inner passion for these images. The point is: we will need to get in touch with something that is completely the opposite of the heavier vibrations of lack, anger, fears of not having enough.

3. Then, using your Breath ... breathe in all of the warming sensations you are wanting, while your body is still 'hot' from breathing! This is not a hyperventalating exercise, rather a controlled breathing pattern of rapid fire infusion of Lightness into your entire body.

4. Breathe in your 'wantingness' deeply, lovingly, with total convictions of accepting and receiving. Own them, trust them, dedicate your will to the Omnipotent lovingkindness that is bringing forth your life's desires. Expand these desires into ... Gratitude! Be grateful for all feelings whether good, bad or indifferent because they are all teachers! You've learned from the 'bad' what you no longer need in your life. Use the indifferent to sift thru, and expand on the goodness. thru your breathing.

Every vibration we give out has a different Energy Signature. If our signature shift goes into a momentary default vibration ~~ into lower vibrations, then we'll feel our Energy Signatures shifting its frequency too, like a sense of sadness .. a let down. If we hold that vibration Signature long enough, we'd soon find that our physical reality follows suit: tightening in our stomachs, panic, high anxiety, and a rehash of those restricing feelings.

What we want are the Vibrational Signature Energies of Lightness: spontaneity, feeling relaxed, embracing and warmth, and that of thoughtful and generous actions. We want to intregrate a sense of well-beingness, security in ourselves that we are in total control of the words we are using, and we do this by what we choose to "think". Those words have unbelievable powers over every Energetic Signature you can possible imagine. Therefore, choose .. wisely!
