Sometimes, time goes on forever

From one moment until the next

Flowers will bloom – the dove will mourn

And the years will change with each season.

 

But time will not drag on forever,

The other side of the storm will bring sunshine;

I think of the times that troubles surrounded me

And only looking back can I imagine why.

 

I know that God has always watched over me

And all of the storms of life have dissipated

It’s as if my worries were cast into the sea!

 

It’s something about blue skies that gives hope!

That’s for all people, the ones that have faith

And tomorrow, always anticipate good things.
