BRUCE NOTES JAN 27, 2026  - Pres Trump officially signed Clarity Act which has to do with XRP crypto, the digital coin, that is backing the USN New Dollar.   It is a crypto currency act.  Virtual wallet, e wallet Crypto wallet, used for crypto currencies.  It has nothing to do with us in ZIM or currencies for exchange. It is NOT the same as our QFS account which contains the vast majority of our funds in a US Treasury backed account, from which we move money from the QFS into our primary and secondary bank accounts. The QFS is a "holding tank" for your money. It is not interest bearing.   We do not have absolute belief that the Insurrection ACT has been signed, but we may not need it, as things may be calming down.  We know protestors were paid instigators and the funding for them has dried up. We should see that significantly decline... *** Melania Trump, our First Lady.... she has a documentary called Melania opening on Friday. But she will open the Stock exchange at 9:30 am EST by ringing the bell, tomorrow.   One of sources says that Melania may be wearing a gold band around her hat, ,and/or a gold scarf.  We were hoping she would come out in a gold dress.  We did hear about the gold band around the hat or a gold scarf around her neck. Today, Pres Trump at the rally in Iowa, wore a gold tie!  With Pres Trump wearing the gold tie today, (no more Swift system now, and we are on QFS), what the tie indicates for us is an asset backed, primarily gold backed currency, and new USN currency, and the start of Nesara. We may not see all of Nesara components roll out right away.   **** Bruce had a source yesterday, well known person you would know, he said when we said we heard Tier4B would get started maybe Wed or Thurs, he said "I can't say what day, but he said it is definitely this week."  Bruce likes this definitive answer.  Today, another well known source , in the know person, he said that a 8 pm EST tonight, two hours ago or so, that everything would start with Tier4B and that we are the point of "no return"...   He also said that we are "no longer going to be required to enter user name or password to get into QFS account, only biometric finger print or facial recognition"   It may be both or one of those to get into the QFS account.   The same source said that we are looking for Tier4b notifications over the next 3 days, Wednes, Thurs, and Friay.  According to his info we should notified for Tier4B on Wed, Thurs or Friday.   Not sure when exchanges would start.   What if nothing happens till February? Feb 1st is a Sunday, but Bruce info tells him we are going this week before February.   Bruce knows his intel is wrong, but the timing of when we get notified as not been correct yet, but Bruce likes this info he is getting and he likes the sources he is getting the info from.   Both sources are saying pretty much the same thing.  Bruce thinks we could possibly exchange over the weekend.   Remember Sunday is Feb 1st.  The only thing about this info is that there was NO IF statement, like something HAD to happen before notifications, there was no contingency for those dates for possible notifications give..... The peace deal in Russia would require signatures with Putin and Zelensky, but there is a peace deal in place, just waiting for signatures, and Bruce says that looks good.    Gold and  Silver  Gold went over 5112 dollars today, and Silver went up to about 108 today?  They are really going up and they will be great metals to own and banks are scambling to buy both to cover their "shorts".  Countries are accumulating gold to back their own currencies which raises the rate of the gold/silver.  We have about 48 currencies on the screens or more today at the redemption centers.    If you want highest rate go to a redemption center not a bank.
