Iraq was to seat four Governors on their Board of Governors (new name) and that has been done, completing the seating of the Government. In conjunction with that is the idea of a new rate for the IQD, inserting that rate in the 2027 budget & putting the rate on Forex, and the publishing of their budget in the print version of their legal Gazette, which is published on Mondays and Wednesdays.

Most information says we’ll get started this weekend. Bruce thinks that’s referring to notifications, with exchanges starting Tuesday or Wednesday. One source says tomorrow is possible. We are that close to this going. Bruce is excited for everyone.

Some “batches” have been paid, likely Tier 1 and Tier 2. Some people are saying they are in process of being paid. Tier 4a and Tier 4b are ready to get started. The Admiral’s Group is looking to be notified in about 48 hours. They have to go to Reno to get everything activated in their accounts. They have 3 days for all of them to do that in Reno. Bruce doesn’t know what arrangements are being done for them. Bruce was told today they are 48 hours away from being notified.

Tier 4b will likely be notified by email or text. If they are missing anyone’s emails, those people can get the email notification from bigcalluniverse.com, Bruce’s website. [Register for the free emails on that website if you have not yet done so.]

The emails may be triggered by Starlink. Bruce says to look for emails over the weekend. Read the instructions carefully before you call the 800 number. You may be asked specific questions, simple ones, like your zip code, for example. Check the email for all the information you need to have handy when you call. You can opt for an appointment outside your area if you want, and simply enter that area’s zip code when prompted.

Bruce says his sources are good. Some things are completed, some remain to be done.

Re the EBS and disclosure, it may start Saturday, the 17th. We don’t know how long that will last. We heard 8 hours a day for a number of days. It will be something we will want to see and much of it we may already know, as awakened people. They may televise tribunals.
