This is one of the most useful tool I have seen in quite some time, since genuine love always comes as an overflow from one's own well-being: MacJedi: " Actually I have learned a secret to loving others... I completely agree, MacJedi! It's easy to love others when we love ourselves because we see them as another form or mirror of ourselves. We love, forgive and honor others to the same extent that we are willing to love, forgive and honor ourselves. Ho'oponopono. We are born of and to love, for the entire law is fulfilled in keeping this one command: "Love your neighbor as yourself."
