Ho’oponopono is the ancient Hawaiian process of settling disputes and creating emotional healing miracles.


The secret to Ho’oponopono is accepting two simple truths: That all answers to problems lie within the heart, and there is no such thing as “out there." Meaning, everything that happens to you is 100% your responsibility, and first happens and remains energetically in your own heart until it's released spiritually.

That means everything you see, everything you hear, and every person you meet, your first experience lives in your own heart -- which is your responsibility.
If you believe that things are “out there” it absolves you of taking responsibility for your own actions. In fact, it’s quite the opposite: you are responsible for everything you think, feel and do, as everything either pulls your heart in a positive or negative direction. Because whatever you give your attention to either unifies or separates you from your own heart chakra.

Meaning, if you watch the news, listen to negative people or even get caught in a bad storm -- it's by choice and thus your responsibility. I know this sounds harsh, but it also means that you are able to clear, release and dismiss bad energy, forgive it and you’ll change your life.

There are 4 simple steps to the Ho'oponopono method (the order is not that important):

Step 1. Repentance
Step 2. Forgiveness
Step 3. Gratitude
Step 4: Love

These forces have amazing power, and the best part of Ho’oponopono is that you can do it by yourself! You don’t need anyone to be there or even hear you. Anyone can “say” the words out loud or speak them in your heart to clear any bad energy in the moment. So the power of Ho'oponopono rests in your surrender to aloha (love), and willingness to embrace universal healing energy.

Step 1: Repentance – "I’M SORRY"

As mentioned above, you are responsible for everything in your mind, even if it seems to be “out there.” Once you realize that, it’s very natural to feel sincere apology and truly be sorry.
This realization can be painful, and you will likely resist accepting responsibility for the “out there” kind of problems until you start to practice this method on your more obvious “in here” problems and see results. Try choosing something that plagues your thoughts now. like weight, addiction, anger, divorce, health... and admit that you are truly sorry. That’s the whole step: "I’M SORRY." By taking responsibility for the (issue) in your life, and feeling remorse that something in my life has caused this negative outcome.

Step 2: Forgiveness – "PLEASE FORGIVE ME"

Don’t worry about who you’re asking. Just ask: "PLEASE FORGIVE ME." Say it over and over. And really mean it. Remember take step 1 by showing remorse, then ask to be forgiven.

Step 3: Gratitude – "THANK YOU"

When you say “THANK YOU” it doesn’t matter who or what you are thanking. Thank your body for all it does for you. Thank yourself for being the best you can be. Thank God. Thank the Universe. Thank whatever it was that just forgave you. Just keep saying "THANK YOU."

Step 4: Love – "I LOVE YOU"

Saying "I LOVE YOU" is the healthiest exercise you can ever take. So say it to your body. Say it to God. Say I LOVE YOU to the air you breathe, to the house that shelters you. Say I LOVE YOU to your challenges. Say it over and over. Mean it. Feel it. There is nothing as powerful as conveying and releasing love.

That’s it. That's Ho'oponopono. The whole practice in a nutshell. It's both simple and amazingly effective, and consistent with instant manifestation for much-needed emotional healing miracles.

I'm thinking, since Everything is within, I am responsible for my own responses, only...can't REALLY control anyone....All  EQUAL  and UNIQUE.

Here it is again just incase anyone missed it. www.youtube.com/watch His story is really something to behold. Thankfully Dr. Lew brought this ancient and timeless practice into the modern world. Yet we know there are no accidents. His commitment and experiences are part of the overall unfolding of the "plan" as we witness and participate in this amazing paradigm shift into a higher state of awareness, personal responsibility and inherent power as creator beings in the full context of the unified field.

We are coming full circle, as the old and new merge, balance and harmonize. Ain't life grand?
