Humans love to share their life's stories. Do it here. Not chat. Living with the liberal undead and their touchy feely ideas gives us all massive migraines!
No one ever said life was fair - the most we can hope to achieve is justice, IMO. Everyone deals with some level of what is perceived to be unfair - perhaps just the sharing and venting might give some relief as well as some potentially new paths to take.
I have been working hard to get this fixed, but it appears that I am unable at this time.

I will try to be brief: It appears that my bank USAA has managed to sell my home Equity loan to an individual without my knowledge or permission. His intension is to forclose on my house and take possession tomorrow (41-2025) If that happens, I will be put out on the street. Please say a pray for me..
Ted, I am now, and have been, saying prayers for you. I know well what it's like to be relatively homeless and lost my home many years ago - with 2 young children in tow. I am praying that this blessing goes through for you, and many others. I live in a piece of crap small mobile home now with a leaking roof, episodes of mice invasions, etc. - I never was able to get another "real" home. We lived in a travel trailer for a while until I could find a place to rent, and again when the home I was renting was needed for the owner to move back into - right at the time of the Black Forest Fire - no place to rent that was remotely affordable (scalping). So we again lived in a travel trailer - ended with no water (frozen), a malfunctioning heater, and my kids were showering at the school or the truck stop - it was 15 below that Christmas season. If you have access to something like that, it can be a life saver. I would also encourage you to check military resources.
Ted, I've heard of people fighting eviction by going to the bank that holds the mortgage and asking to have a copy of the ORIGINAL loan papers that you signed. Banks sell mortgages in a bundle, in most all cases, the bank cannot produce the ORIGINAL. I don't know the process, but in the cases where the bank cannot find the original, the eviction is stopped. Perhaps, you can start researching this process on line. Good luck.
This likely will be my last post on the WISOM board. it appears that at least one of the board moderators has taken a strong dislike for me so I will stop posting and only on occasion read the boards daily post. As the old saying goes "May Fair Winds and pleasant seas give you comfort"
